Dates:
Contest begins August 1, 2007, and ends October 24, 2007. All entries must be received no later than noon October 12, 2007. Printed photos should be mailed to Pet Butler Howl-O-Ween, 5713 Maidstone, Richardson, TX 75082. Electronic photos should be e-mailed to thescoop@petbutler.com, with the subject line Howl-O-Ween contest.

Eligibility:
Contest is open to all U.S. residents. Only photos with a dog are eligible for contest entry. Any photos with people will not be used. Employees of Pet Butler and its business partners are not eligible to enter. Entries are limited to one per dog. For households with more than one dog, each dog must be photographed separately, unless submitting your picture for the cutest group category. One winner will be named in each category. Entries must be accompanied by the following information: Name of dog / Age of Dog / Breed of Dog / Name of Owner / Address / Phone Number / E-mail Address (if you have one).

By submitting an entry you agree to the following terms and conditions: That Pet Butler has the right to publish the photo and use it at its discretion, including exhibiting it on the Pet Butler website and using it for any and all promotional purposes. In addition, Pet Butler has the right to use the entrant’s name and city, as well as the dog’s name, age, and breed, in the same manner. Pet Butler will not give out the owner’s name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address without the entrant’s specific prior approval.

Photographs:

• Submitting by mail: Photo must be color, printed on glossy photo paper, and sized 4 x 5 or 4 x 6 inches.
• Submitting by e-mail: Photo must be color and submitted in a JPG (.jpg) format, with a file size of no less than 50 kilobytes and no bigger than 1 megabyte. Send photos to TheScoop@PetButler.com with the subject "HOWL-O-WEEN Contest".
• All submitted photos will become property of Pet Butler.

Judging:
Entries will be posted on the Pet Butler website by October 17, 2007, allowing the public to vote for their favorite entry in each category. Voting will end at midnight on October 24, 2007. Photos with the most votes in each category will be deemed winner. Winners will be notified by telephone no later than October 29, 2007.

Categories	Prizes
Grand Prize: Overall Best Costume	*If in a Pet Butler franchise territory, the winner will receive three months of free service (one visit per week) and a 40-lb. bag of Life’s Abundance dog food. *If they live outside of a Pet Butler franchise territory, they will receive a 40-lb. bag of Life’s Abundance dog food and Pet Butler merchandise valued up to $60.
Second Place: Best Costume	*If in a Pet Butler franchise territory they will receive one month of free service (one visit per week) and a 20-lb. bag of Life’s Abundance dog food. *If outside a Pet Butler franchise territory, they will receive a 20-lb. bag of Life’s Abundance dog food and Pet Butler merchandise valued up to $40.
Third Place: Best Costume	*If in a Pet Butler franchise territory, they will receive a week of free services and an 8-lb. bag of Life’s Abundance dog food. *If outside of a Pet Butler franchise territory, they will receive an 8-lb. bag of Life’s Abundance dog food and Pet Butler merchandise valued up to $20.
Cutest Costume, Scariest Dog, Ugliest Dog, and Cutest Group	*Winners will receive two Got Poop? T-shirts, one for them and one for their dog
